Meeting Point

The Meeting Point is the ideal place for spontaneous meetings or video calls in small groups of 1–3 people. Turn unused corners in your office into productive meeting places.
Thanks to the built-in UHD camera, 6-microphone array, and hi-fi speakers, small meeting corners or rooms can be made video conference-ready in no time. The camera image automatically adjusts through auto-framing and voice localization, always focusing on the speaker.

Huddle Space

Plenty of space for 2–4 people in a small meeting room, digitally enhanced. Perfect for spontaneous face-to-face meetings or with remote participants. The built-in media technology is tailored to your needs. UHD displays and video soundbars ensure the best transmission quality. Want to present something? No problem with BYOD capability and Android app. Huddle Spaces are the flexible solution for hybrid team collaboration.

Collaboration Room

Small groups of up to six employees on-site will find everything they need for effective teamwork in Collaboration Rooms. With state-of-the-art media equipment, small to medium-sized offices become effective working areas.
Equipped with large displays and content sharing systems for visualizing ideas or sharing presentations, these rooms provide the foundation for effective teamwork. An integrated meeting kit allows for unlimited remote work with colleagues elsewhere. Facial detection ensures correct framing of conversation partners. This is what modern working groups look like!

Conference Room

A small conference room for up to 10 people offers not only presentation options but also state-of-the-art equipment to easily connect remote participants via video conferencing.
A large 65″ display, BYOD and BOYM content sharing systems (allowing content to be shared easily from your own device), provide flexible presentation and meeting options. Impress employees, partners, and clients with cutting-edge media technology in your conference room.

Big Conference

“Big is better.” A large conference room for up to 15 people has special technical requirements. Displays, microphones, and speakers must be optimized for 360° use.
A 75″ display, 4K dual-eye tracking camera, microphones with echo cancellation and “Noise Proof” technology, as well as soundbars with surround sound functionality, are the ideal components to ensure all participants experience the best possible image and sound quality.

Boardroom

When the executive floor meets, the technology should run smoothly and not dictate the agenda. Instead, it should support conference participants in making the right decisions and allow them to follow presentations or training sessions with ease.
For this, 75″–86″ displays, 360° voice pickup with noise-canceling, and a wireless BYOD interface guarantee easy operation and high-quality video and audio playback.

Meeting as a Service (MaaS)

With our Meeting as a Service (MaaS), we offer a complete package for your Meeting Point solutions. As part of our MaaS offering, we equip your rooms with the latest media technology and take care of installation, programming, commissioning, staff training, and smooth operation of the systems throughout the contract period. If you decide to discontinue the service, we handle the complete removal of the technology.
