Everything for Hybrid Meetings

Whether mobile or permanently installed, we offer the perfect — and above all, cost-effective — solution for conducting municipal meetings via video (“hybrid meetings”) in municipalities, offices, districts, and associations.

In so-called public in-person meetings, this enables individual council members to participate in the meeting and exercise their voting rights “without being physically present in the meeting room, via audio and video transmission” (by video).

From January 1, 2027, for example, conducting hybrid council meetings will be mandatory in Schleswig-Holstein, and optional for committee meetings.

However, the council itself can decide whether to extend this option to its committees, local advisory boards, and other boards. For this reason, the use of mobile and flexible conference systems makes a lot of sense. They can be set up, rearranged, and dismantled quickly, allowing them to be adapted to the number of participants. The conference system can also be used regardless of the meeting location.
