Do you have a defective device and want to send it to our service team? Please send us the completed form; this allows you to easily and conveniently submit an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Please provide a detailed error description—this helps us process your request as quickly as possible.
Please note that sending the RMA email does NOT constitute automatic approval of your request. After submitting the email, your request will be reviewed by our service department, and you will receive a response regarding the next steps within a short time.
Sending devices without an online RMA and without the return form will result in processing delays.
